Child Safety
We kindly ask that children only be present in the salon when receiving a service. Children age 12 and under may not accompany guests during services for their safety and liability purposes, this also ensures a satisfying experience for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and participation.
Our standard is to ensure each and every guest who visits Arte Hair Studio can walk out feeling like their most confident self. If this is not the case, we have a policy in place to deliver this experience with a complimentary redo service.
Please connect with us within 1 week of your original service date. This redo service will be scheduled with the same artist who performed the original service within 2 weeks of the original service date. If this artist is not available or you feel this artist was not the best fit for your needs, a new artist can be assigned to you for the redo service.
We do request that you don't attempt to make any adjustments to your hair yourself or be seen at another establishment, as we will then not be able to honor a redo service.
We require 24 hours notice for any adjustments to or cancelations of appointments.
This ensures we can consider both the servicing of our guests and for our artists' time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or no-showed will require a 50% deposit to book for a new appointment time.
Any future cancelations outside of 24 hours notice or no-shows can result in a forfeit of your deposit.
